Day 1

We finally kicked off our new editorial excercise. This time my part is 50% photographer and 50% editor, so I haven't been up to that much action yet. Except for taking the byline picture for our crew my only photo assignment today was to cover SSU's seminar.

Not always the most motivating light and event I guess. But the day in whole has been great, and I'm already looking forward for tomorrow.

At the carwash

The last week I've been working on a reportage at Biltvätten in Sundsvall. It's a carwash, a workplace organized by the municipality for people with different kinds of disabilities. It's an amazing place with some truly amazing people. Right now I'm working on the editing. The whole story will be finished until friday next week.

This is Anders.

Reportage

Last week during our editorial exercise I shoot these pictures at Njurundahallen when our reporter, Nils Berndtsson, tried indoor canoeing for one evening.

This is how it finally looked in the paper.

Page editing by Paulina Bånge, and if it's readable, text by Nils Berndtsson.

Got you framed

This week we've got our big excercise in school. All journalist and photojournalist students are divided into 4 groups, each group producing their own newspaper. We also got our own website running 24/7 (almost, hehe). Check it out here. Their you'll find more pictures from this basket game, Håkan Juholt's visit at Mid Sweden University and some very cool shots by Tim Nelson.

And more is to come! Website is up until friday, at least.

At the gym, once more

Some other pictures from last tuesday

At the gym

Pictures for an article assignement.

Portrait assignment

We had an assignment for today to take some portrait pictures of a stranger. These three indian guys are my next door neighbours, and not strangers anymore.

Quick portraits

This monday we had our first real photographyclass. The lesson was called Quick portraits.

These are my portraits for A blonde, Young mother and A religious person.
